The RentWorks team has completed renovation and rented out more than 1500+ rental properties in Klang Valley and Johor Bahru.

We work closely with a wide network of local suppliers, contractors and real estate agents, to ensure that your property gets renovated within 30 working days and gets rented fast, at fair market rental.

There are 3 main aspects where RentWorks would be able to help:

• Hassle-free – instead of having to make multiple trips to the property, utilising your annual leaves and weekends, dealing with many parties such as developer, contractors and suppliers, you can outsource all the work to RentWorks.
• Cost-efficient – based on our experience after renovating and renting out more than 1500+ properties, we can advise where you should invest and where you shouldn’t when it comes to renovation and furnishing. And with our fast turn-around time of 30 working days and marketing through wide network of real estate agents, you will be able to rent out your property faster and minimize the vacancy period which also costs money.
• Support eco-system – we work closely with associate companies that provide complimenting services such as key collection and defect inspection, rental management. We are also collaborating with other players in the industry, to provide various support services and learning opportunities for our clients so that they can continue to grow in their property investment journey.

Fully furnished units typically refer to properties that are complete with all basic necessities (lights, fans, water heater, curtain etc) plus loose furniture and electrical appliances, where tenants can just move in with their luggage.

Partial furnished units generally come with only basic necessities (fittings such as lights, fans etc), without loose furniture and electrical appliances.

We don’t – but we work closely with an associate company and they would be able to assist with key collection and defect inspection at a small fee.

In order to help our clients create differentiation factor and unique selling point for their properties, we are rolling out different design themes every quarter, and clients would be able to choose their preferred theme based on mood-board or completed show unit photos.

Our design themes are crafted based on latest trends and what would attract your target tenants. The completed outcome for your property may differ slightly from the reference photos as we would always make some tweaks here and there, in order to create a unique identity for your property.

The renovation will be completed within 30 working days provided that the following conditions are met:

• Utilities (water and electricity) connected
• Defect rectification completed by developer
• Renovation permit forms signed and handed over to us, with renovation deposit paid to the building management
• Design theme selection finalised
• Complete set of keys, access cards and remote controls handed over to us

We strongly recommend that you bring along all the above items when you meet us for site visit and consultation session =)

You don’t have to! We will provide weekly update on the work progress, and photos will be taken and shared with you in various points of the project. The whole idea of engaging RentWorks is so that you can enjoy the fun part of property investment, leaving the dirty messy tough jobs to us!
